if you need to cancel or reschedule the tour package, please notify us by phone/message. Refund amounts vary according to the cancellation time and the tour/ activity you are cancelling as per below:
- Full payment has to be made at the time of booking your tour.
- No refunds for cancellations within 5 days of departure.
- Cancellations OR re booking prior to 6-10 days before departure are subject to a 75% retention of the booking amount per person fee for tour/activity.
- Cancellations OR re booking prior to 11-15 days before departure are subject to 50% retention of the booking amount.
- Cancellations before 16 days before departure no retention.
- In the event of inclement weather, earth quake, storm, road blocks, strikes the tour will be rescheduled.
